Truffle Popcorn

Truffle Popcorn 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves 1 tbsp Salt 1/4 cup Butter 1/2 tsp Truffle Oil Popcorn Fresh Cracked Pepper to taste Put salt and fresh thyme through a spice or coffee grinder. Melt butter and add truffle oil - stir well Make popcorn with an air popper Put in s large bowl to toss. Drizzle Truffle butter/oil over popcorn, sprinkle with thyme infused salt powder. Toss frequently to distribute evenly. Add fresh cracked black pepper. Season to taste being aware that a little truffle oil goes a long way. Enjoy with Sparkling Wine!
