ATS Healthcare couriers across Canada via temperature-controlled trucks and is Stag's Hollow Winery's carrier of choice. Ground shipping is provided by ATS Healthcare at current market rates. In the warm weather months that will not cook or freeze wine, we may ship to some addresses using Loomis or Canada Post. If the customer selects another courier company as his or her carrier, the customer pays all shipping charges, regardless of his or her wine club membership or purchase amount. Shipments may be delayed in instances of extreme weather conditions.
If your address is not on a major shipping route, rates may be subject to change. Some rural addresses may require additional shipping fees and you will be contacted prior to your order being shipped.
We highly recommend a business address for shipping. Couriers cannot leave packages that contain alcohol on the doorstep and someone of legal drinking age must be available to sign for it. Additional shipping charges may apply to packages that need to be re-delivered. If you were not home at the time of delivery, or if there was no one over the age of 19 available to sign for the package, ATS will leave a door tag redirecting you to the nearest depot where you can pick up your shipment. Customer requests for re-direction to an address other than the one specified in the original order will be subject to additional charges.

Ontario & Quebec: $40 for first 6 bottles, $10 for every additional 6 bottles
Eastern Provinces: $50 for first 6 bottles, $15 for every additional 6 bottles
Yukon, Northwest Territories & Nunavut: $150 for first 6 bottles, $75 for every additional 6 bottles
Returns & Cancellations
If you believe your wine to be damaged or flawed, we ask that you reach out to the winery for us to review on a case-by-case basis. You may be asked to return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to email@example.com to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.
Once the wine is received and approved we will provide a credit in the form of a gift code. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full replacement. Please contact the tasting room at 250-497-6162 for return instructions.
