I am trying to buy wine online but I do not see my discount. What is wrong?
In order for your Club status to apply to the wines in your Shopping Cart, you must be logged in to our website on the email address that is linked to your Club. For instructions, please visit this link.

What does it cost to ship my wine?
The shipping varies by province. It is $19 per 6-bottle club shipment in BC, $24 in Alberta, $30 in SK/MB, $36 in ON/QC, $40 to the Maritimes and $105 to the Territories. These prices are for business addresses. There is a $5 surcharge for residential addresses added by the courier. For wine purchases added on to your club shipment, an additional 6 bottles will be $5 and if you would like an extra 12-bottle case, the additional shipping charge will be $12.
How is the wine shipped?
We use ATS Healthcare and Loomis for our deliveries. Both will leave a note on your door or attempt to contact you if you are not home, however, they are now charging $8 for a second attempt. Please try to make arrangements for your wine on the first delivery attempt as it has become necessary to pass this charge on.
Can the courier leave my wine at my front door?
Not everywhere. Each province has different rules by which the couriers must abide. Generally speaking, at no time can your wine be left unattended. It must be received by and signed for by someone of legal drinking age in the province of shipping. If you are not able to be there, please add a different shipping address to your account - maybe your family or friends would help out? When possible, delivery to a business address ensures you'll have someone there to sign for it. Re-directs or multiple attempts at delivery will incur additional delivery charges.
Can I pick up my wine instead?
Yes, we make the wine club packs available for pickup at the winery for a 30-day period upon release. If you are unable to collect your package within 30 days because you are away, please contact us to make special arrangements. Cases not picked up may be enjoyed by staff at our next party!
We also host a Pick-up Party for the June club pack (Covid rules-dependent), which is always a fun event. If you wish to participate, you will receive complimentary tickets for yourself and one guest.
Can I choose the wines for my shipment?
For our Red, White and Herd clubs, the wines are chosen by our winemaker just prior to each shipment. We do not do substitutions; however, if you have a particular favourite, you can add it on to your shipment at discounted rates. Our Cachet Club is a user-choice club. We send an email listing our winemaker’s selections however you can mix and match as you see fit.
When will the next package be shipped?
We ship in March, June and September. The pre-shipment email will be sent out about a month prior to shipping and will indicate the exact shipping date. The cut-off date for shipping changes, address updates and order add-ons is on the 1st of the shipping month (ie. March 1st, June 1st, September 1st). The cutoff for membership cancellation prior to a shipment (after completion of the committed 3 shipments) is the 15th of the month prior, ie. February 15th, May 15th, August 15th.
How do I pay for my wine club shipment?
Wine club shipments are automatic billing - your credit card will be charged 15-20 days prior to delivery. Please ensure you have updated credit card information on file.
