Sundays with a Sommelier

We’re fortunate to have our friend and Sommelier, Ron Rocher, with us throughout the season, sharing his deep industry expertise and passion for local wine with guests seeking a more elevated tasting experience. Ron will lead you on a private vineyard tour followed by a curated tasting designed to delight the palate and spark curiosity. Along the way, he weaves in stories, insights, and behind-the-scenes details that bring each wine to life and deepen your appreciation for every sip. With his signature energy and warm humour, Ron creates an experience that’s engaging, memorable, and tailored entirely to you.
