ur wines are produced in limited quantities which allows us the time to carefully monitor and grade each barrel as the wines mature. Our Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Merlot barrels are segregated into classes. If the wine meets our standards, it is allocated for production of "Simply" Chardonnay, Pinot Noir or Merlot. A wine that exceeds our expectations is developed into "Pinot Noir, Merlot or Chardonnay". In a year of superb growing conditions, a portion of our wine may develop into something truly special, this wine becomes our "Renaissance" Merlot, Pinot Noir or Chardonnay line. This grading system ensures that year after year our wine is consistent, and that you can expect the same quality and characteristics in each product line the next time your order.
