Tasting Notes
Dark burgundy in color. Ripe plum fruit aromas and flavors accented with chocolate oak notes. The finish is long, warm, and lingering. Just what the Doctor ordered to take the edge off of a cold Okanagan winter's night.

Best enjoyed with blue veined cheeses, chocolate based deserts and good company. Cigars are optional.
