Tasting Notes

A bouquet of cherry and rose petal with a touch of PN earthiness. These flavours continue on the palate finishing velvety and soft and looooong. Great balance with the 16 months of French Oak aging well in the background, allowing the Pinot to express itself. We blend three clones of Pinot Noir from 18 year old vines, with Dijon Clone 115 contributing spice, complexity and dark fruit components

A versatile wine for many occasions including vegetarian dishes, seafood and fish, light pastas or simply on its own.
