Our Chardonnay this year was barrel fermented and aged in French Oak. Complex layers of hazelnut, butter and creme brulee mingle with peaches, apple and pear leading to a long, satisfying finish. Although fully barrel aged for complexity and body, this wine is very nicely balanced between beautiful fruit and nutty,soft oak flavours.
