Tasting Notes
Our second release is 40% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Savignon and 20% Cabernet Franc. Lots of berry fruit and cocoa, this is a beautiful, complex wine. The flavours of each grape complement eachother in this traditional blend. Tylpical of our style is to make the wine approachable at release but a year(not a decade!) or two will bring the best out.
